This module detects website carts that were started but never checked out, runs a configurable sequence of recovery emails — optionally with a unique discount coupon — and measures exactly how much revenue you won back. Key Features
Automatic abandonment detection
A cron flags carts as abandoned after your chosen delay (e.g. 60 minutes with no confirmed order) above a minimum cart value, and opens a recovery record per cart.
Multi-step email sequences
Build an ordered list of email steps, each with its own delay and mail template — reminder after 1h, incentive after 24h, last-chance after 72h.
Single-use coupons
Generate a unique, time-limited percentage or fixed-amount coupon per cart and inject it into the email, then track redemption on the recovered order.
Recovery attribution
When the customer returns and confirms, the recovery is marked recovered and the order value is attributed to the campaign.
Campaign analytics
Daily snapshots roll up carts detected, emails sent, coupons issued and redeemed, recovered count, recovered revenue and recovery rate.
PECR / GDPR consent
Emails go only to customers with an address who have not opted out; a one-click unsubscribe excludes a partner from all future recovery mailings.
Community marketing automation
