Características principales
Properties (inmuebles)
register each dwelling with its address and the 20-character cadastral reference (referencia catastral), with a check-digit style length/format validation.
Intermediated operations
for each booking: cedente (host) and his NIF, cesionario (tenant), property, start date, number of days, gross amount and the means of payment, classified by the 179 operation keys.
Quarterly declaration
group the operations by quarter into a Modelo 179 worksheet, with per-property and per-host subtotals and the record count.
Validation
NIF presence, cadastral reference length, non-negative days and amount, and date-in-quarter checks before the worksheet is marked ready.
CSV export
export the declaration detail to CSV in the 179 field order for review or to load into the AEAT form.
