Why Choose This Module

What it does Define a cash pool: a master (header) company and the member companies, with each member's intercompany partner mapping. A netting run collects, per company pair, the open intercompany receivables and payables and computes the net position of every member (who owes the pool, who is owed). A settlement optimizer turns those net positions into the *minimum* set of transfers (a greatest-debtor / greatest-creditor matching) so the group settles with as few payments as possible. Generates the settlement proposal file (CSV) the group treasurer hands to the bank / the paying companies. No money is moved by the module and no banking licence is used. Tracks the run lifecycle (draft -> netted -> proposed -> settled) and keeps the audit trail of which intercompany items were included.
