日本のPeppol電子請求書を標準搭載
日本の電子請求書の標準はPeppol BIS Standard Invoice JP PINTです。これは デジタル庁が維持するPeppol International（PINT）請求モデルの日本仕様です。本アプリは、 Odooの顧客請求書・クレジットノートを有効なJP PINT UBL 2.1書類に変換し、 ご自身の認定アクセスポイントの認証情報を用いてPeppolネットワーク上で配信します。 当社はフォーマットを生成してお客様のアクセスポイントへ引き渡します -- 当社は認定 アクセスポイントではなく、その役割を担うこともありません。
適格請求書等保存方式に対応
適格請求書発行事業者の登録番号（T＋13桁の法人番号、2023年10月1日施行）を 記載し、買手が消費税の仕入税額控除を受けられるようにします。消費税の内訳は税率ごとに 出力されます。
本物の識別子検証
13桁の法人番号を国税庁のチェックディジットのアルゴリズム （9 −（Σ 加重後の各桁）mod 9）で検証します。無効な番号は、請求書を送信する前に 会社およびすべての取引先で拒否されます。
消費税率を正しく
標準10%と軽減8%（飲食料品・新聞）の消費税率に対応し、ゼロ税率・非課税・ 輸出・対象外の区分も、EN 16931 / PINTの区分コードを用いて扱います。
BYOK アクセスポイント送信
契約済みの認定PeppolアクセスポイントのベースURLとAPIトークンを設定します。認証情報は ご自身のデータベースにのみ保存され、同梱されることはありません。組み込みのクライアントが 上限付きのリトライと配信ステータスの照会を行います。

利用の流れ
- オンボーディングウィザードを実行：法人番号を入力すると登録番号が導出・検証され、 アクセスポイントのトークンが保存されます。
- 顧客請求書を計上します。「生成対象」としてフラグが付きます。
- JP PINT UBLを生成 -- またはダウンロード -- し、検証レポートを確認します。
- ご自身のアクセスポイントから送信し、AS4の配信ステータスを請求書から追跡します。
適合性とデータの範囲
本モジュールはJP PINTフォーマットを生成し、（任意で）お客様が設定したアクセスポイントの 認証情報を用いて送信します。当社は認定アクセスポイントではなく、お客様をPeppolネット ワークに登録することもありません。標準の権限：デジタル庁（日本Peppol機関）、および 適格請求書等保存方式については国税庁。

Japan's Peppol e-invoicing, built in
Japan's e-invoicing standard is Peppol BIS Standard Invoice JP PINT, the Japan specialisation maintained by the Japan Digital Agency. This app turns your Odoo customer invoices and credit notes into valid JP PINT UBL 2.1 documents and delivers them over the Peppol network using your own certified Access Point credentials. We generate the format and hand it to your Access Point - we are not the certified Access Point and never act as one.
Qualified Invoice System ready & real validation
Carries the registration number (T + 13-digit Corporate Number) so buyers can claim the JCT input credit. The Corporate Number is checked with the NTA check-digit algorithm; invalid numbers are rejected before sending.
JCT rates & BYOK Access Point transport
Standard 10% and reduced 8% supported, with zero-rated, exempt, export and out-of-scope categories using EN 16931 / PINT codes. Configure the base URL and API token of your certified Access Point; credentials stay on your database only.
Compliance & data boundary
This module generates the JP PINT format and (optionally) transmits it using the Access Point credentials you configure. It is not a certified Access Point and does not register you on the Peppol network. Authority: the Japan Digital Agency and the National Tax Agency. Odoo 18 and 19, Community and Enterprise.
