This application computes the fully-burdened cost of labor the way a US controller actually does it, then rolls it up into real project-level and customer-level profitability. Define one or more burden-rate profiles with the current statutory rates and wage bases, enter (or import) the hours worked on a job, and the module loads every employer tax and benefit onto each labor line — respecting the Social Security, FUTA and SUTA wage-base caps using each worker's year-to-date wages — so you finally see the true cost, the true margin and the true margin percentage per project and per customer.
