For each vendor bill the optimizer reads the discount percentage, the discount window and the net-due window (from the bill's Odoo payment term, from a reusable prompt-pay term profile, or entered by hand), computes the effective annualized return of taking the discount, compares it against your company's cost-of-capital hurdle rate, and produces a clear recommendation: take the discount, hold your cash, or the window already closed. Worthwhile discounts are flagged, ranked by dollar benefit, and given a recommended pay-by date that leaves a safety buffer before the deadline. A daily scheduler watches the approaching deadlines and warns you before a good discount slips away.
