Proper budgeting is an Enterprise feature — this module brings it to Odoo Community at one price. Define annual or custom-period budgets broken down by GL account and/or analytic account, then track actuals against budget in real time. Every line shows variance, percentage consumed and a red/amber/green status against thresholds you choose, with optional commitment (encumbrance) tracking so you see what is already committed before it hits the ledger.

Auto Period Split
Generate monthly, quarterly or yearly periods with a wizard, so a single annual budget breaks down into the periods you report on.
Commitments & Available
Record commitments (encumbrances) against a budget line to see committed and remaining available amounts before spend is posted.
Workflow & Revisions
Draft / confirm / done workflow with revision snapshots and a duplicate-for-next-year action, plus a pivot/graph view for variance analysis.
