Audit trail — each lifecycle event (sent, opened, confirmed, declined) is logged with timestamp, IP, user-agent and a SHA-256 hash of the mandate content, so the acceptance is verifiable. Lifecycle states — draft, sent, opened, confirmed, declined, cancelled, with automatic UMR/RUM assignment on confirmation. Bilingual portal — NL / FR labels for the Belgian and Dutch markets; IBAN checksum validation before acceptance.
