Run your books under the revised SYSCOHADA (Système Comptable OHADA / AUDCIF 2017) directly in Odoo. This localization ships the decimal nine-class chart of accounts, the SYSCOHADA auxiliary journals and a fully computed set of Système Normal financial statements for any period, drawn straight from your posted ledger. It serves the 17 OHADA member states that all share one mandatory accounting framework. Compatible with Odoo 18 and Odoo 19, Community and Enterprise.
Revised chart of accounts
The decimal SYSCOHADA plan organised into the nine classes — ressources durables, actif immobilisé, stocks, tiers, trésorerie, charges, produits, HAO and analytique. Each account is loaded with its Odoo account type, its SYSCOHADA class and its statement poste, so both the trial balance and the legal statements work. One click installs the chart per company, and re-running is idempotent.
SYSCOHADA journal coding
The auxiliary journals required by the AUDCIF — AC (achats), VT (ventes), BQ (banque), CA (caisse), OD (opérations diverses), AN (à-nouveaux), PA (paie), ST (stocks) — mapped to standard Odoo journal types, with class-based routing for the legal books.
Bilan & Compte de Résultat
The balance sheet grouped by grandes masses (actif immobilisé, actif circulant, trésorerie, capitaux propres, dettes financières, passif circulant) with an automatic balancing check; and the income statement built around the full soldes intermédiaires de gestion cascade — marge commerciale, valeur ajoutée, EBE, résultat d'exploitation, résultat financier, RAO, résultat HAO and résultat net.
TAFIRE & Notes annexes
The SYSCOHADA funds-flow statement (TAFIRE): Capacité d'Autofinancement Globale, variation du besoin de financement d'exploitation, and the flux d'activité / d'investissement / de financement reconciled to the net change in treasury — plus selected Notes annexes totals.
17 OHADA member states
Bénin, Burkina Faso, Cameroun, RCA, Comores, Congo, Côte d'Ivoire, Gabon, Guinée, Guinée-Bissau, Guinée équatoriale, Mali, Niger, RD Congo, Sénégal, Tchad and Togo. A member-state picker defaults the reporting currency by zone (XOF / XAF / CDF / GNF / KMF).
Local & auditable
The statement engine is a pure-Python, fully unit-tested core that reads your posted ledger and produces the statements locally — no third-party service, no data leaving Odoo. Every generated statement set is stored as a record so it can be reviewed, reprinted and audited.
