Spain Veri*factu certified-billing hash-chain engine for Odoo — SHA-256 record chaining, immutable SIF event log & AEAT QR
Turn every customer invoice into an immutable, cryptographically chained billing record under Spain's RRSIF (Royal Decree 1007/2023). Each record is SHA-256 fingerprinted from the previous record's Huella, a tamper-evident event log is kept, and the official Veri*factu QR is rendered on the invoice — the foundation a Spanish certified invoicing system (SIF) must provide.
SHA-256 hash chaining
Every billing record (alta / anulacion) is fingerprinted from an ordered
field=value canonical string that includes the previous
record's Huella, exactly as the AEAT technical specification dictates.
The exact hashed string is stored so an auditor can reproduce the digest
by hand. Appends are row-locked, so concurrent invoices never fork the
chain.
Immutable SIF event log
System start/stop, record generation, cancellation, anomaly detection, export, restore and configuration changes are recorded and themselves hash-chained. Records and events cannot be deleted — a cancellation record preserves the audit trail.
Tamper detection
A one-click integrity check recomputes the whole chain and the event log and reports any inserted, deleted or modified record — with the exact sequence number and a clear reason.
Official AEAT QR
Builds the Veri*factu verification-URL QR (nif / numserie / fecha / importe), renders it to PNG for the printed invoice, and prints the VERI*FACTU legend in real-time mode. Pre-production and production endpoints are editable defaults.
Veri*factu & No-Veri*factu modes
Stream records to the AEAT in real time, or keep an on-demand local record list (listado de registros de facturacion) exported as AEAT-shaped JSON, each entry carrying its chaining block and fingerprint.
Business-rule validation
A Veri*factu rule set — issuer NIF, TipoFactura F1-F4 / R1-R5, EUR currency, timestamp with timezone offset and coherent totals — layered on the shared engine's EN 16931-style core. Validate before you chain.
BYOK & data privacy
This module computes and stores hash-chained billing records inside your own database. It transmits no data to third parties; real-time AEAT submission is performed only by a separately configured BYOK connector, using your own certificate.
