Amazon SP-API & eBay Sell REST integration: order import, inventory & price sync, FBA inbound shipments and rule-based repricing
Connect Odoo to your own Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) and eBay Sell API accounts to import orders, keep inventory in sync, manage FBA inbound shipments and run Buy-Box-aware repricing — all from one place. BYOK (Bring Your Own Keys): you register your own developer applications and the module performs the real OAuth/LWA token exchange and calls the real marketplace endpoints.
Key Features
Marketplace Accounts (BYOK)
Store your own Amazon LWA credentials (refresh token, client id/secret, seller id, region, marketplace) or eBay Sell credentials (app id, cert id, refresh token, environment). A Test Connection button hits a live endpoint to validate them.
Order Import
Pull orders from the Amazon Orders API (GET /orders/v0/orders + order items) and the eBay Fulfillment API (GET /sell/fulfillment/v1/order) into matching sale.order records. Products are matched by SKU; re-imports are de-duplicated by the remote order id.
Inventory Sync
Push the Odoo on-hand quantity to a listing using the Amazon Listings API (PATCH /listings/2021-08-01/items) or the eBay Inventory API (PUT /sell/inventory/v1/inventory_item).
FBA Inbound Shipments
Build SKU/quantity shipments, submit the planned quantities to Amazon, then reconcile against live FBA inventory summaries (GET /fba/inventory/v1/summaries) to surface received-vs-sent discrepancies.
Rule-Based Repricing
Buy-Box-aware target price (match / beat / fixed margin) clamped to min/max boundaries with optional never-below-cost protection. Pushes the new price via the Amazon Listings API, a 3-step Amazon price Feed, or the eBay Offer API.
eBay Sell REST API
Modern eBay Sell REST APIs — Fulfillment (orders), Inventory (item quantity) and Offer (price) — with OAuth refresh-token auth against production or sandbox.
SKU Matching
Listings link an Odoo product to a remote offer by SKU (seller SKU ↔ product internal reference / default_code), keeping order lines and pushes aligned to the right product.
Schedulers
Optional cron jobs for order import, inventory sync and repricing (disabled by default; enable per your needs).
