Batched article lookups (10 per call, as the API allows), full scan-event history and a clean canonical delivery status, refreshed automatically on a schedule. Cancel an AusPost shipment in one click, and hand customers a public tracking link straight from the transfer.
Validation & connection test
Addresses, postcodes, states and parcel weight/size limits are checked before submission, so you get clear, actionable errors instead of opaque API rejections. A one-click connection test verifies your key, secret and account number, and every call is recorded in a searchable API log.
How it works
- Create an Australia Post delivery method and paste your API key, secret and account number.
- Pick a default service (Parcel Post, Express Post, Courier Post or International) and label layout.
- Quote on the sales order (live AusPost rate by default), validate the delivery, and the label + tracking number are created automatically.
- Tracking status refreshes on a schedule or on demand; cancel a shipment or share the public tracking link from the transfer.
Bring Your Own Key & Support / Destek
EN: This module talks only to the Australia Post endpoint you configure, using the
credentials you supply. The on-order quote uses the live /prices/items rate by
default (with an automatic offline-estimate fallback), and production/test base URLs are
editable, so you stay in full control of where your shipment data goes. We are
not an Australia Post reseller, broker or integrator — you ship under your own
