Carrier, vessel/voyage, B/L and container number, container size, port of loading and discharge, incoterm and a full booked → delivered lifecycle — for FCL, LCL, air or road.
PO grouping & receipts
Attach one or many purchase orders to a shipment and roll up ordered vs received quantity and value into a partial-receipt progress percentage and a fully-received flag.
ETD / ETA & delays
Track estimated and actual departure and arrival, computed transit days, and delay days measured against the preserved original ETA, with on-time / delayed / arrived status.
Customs block
Capture the customs entry number, duty and import VAT, cleared date and a cleared flag, with detailed customs lines that roll up onto the shipment header.
Landed-cost allocation
Apportion freight, insurance and duty across the linked PO lines by value to derive a landed unit cost — the basis for posting true import costs.
Milestones & auto-advance
A milestone timeline logs every event, container utilisation is computed from cargo volume, and a daily cron auto-arrives shipments past ETA and chases customs that is stuck.
