Orders shipping to customers who are already over their credit limit is a silent cash drain. This module sets a per-customer credit limit, computes live exposure from open sales orders and unpaid invoices, and automatically blocks a sales order at confirmation when it would push the customer over the line — with a clear, audited override workflow for your credit controllers. No Enterprise credit-control add-on required.

Per-Customer Limits
Set a credit limit, risk category and payment-behaviour score on each partner, with a toggle to block all orders for a high-risk account.
Live Exposure
Exposure = confirmed open sales orders + unpaid posted invoices, computed per customer and per company, with available credit and utilisation %.
Automatic Holds
When a sales order would push the customer over their limit, it is blocked at confirmation and a hold record is raised automatically.
Override Workflow
An authorised credit controller can release a held order with a logged reason; releases record who, when and why.
Audit Trail
Each hold keeps the requested amount, exposure and limit at the time of hold, the overshoot, and the full release history.
Credit Reviews
Periodic customer credit reviews with an ageing breakdown, recommended limit and category, and a decision workflow.
