Year-end stocktakes are stressful and error-prone. This module replaces them with controlled, continuous cycle counting: classify products by value, schedule recurring counts, count blind to avoid anchoring bias, route variances through approval, and post real stock adjustments. Built on native stock with no destructive overrides.

ABC Classification
Rank every product by stock value on a Pareto 80/15/5 split and assign a recount frequency and tolerance per class.
Count Schedules
Generate cycle-count sessions automatically by ABC class, location or category on a recurring cadence, driven by a scheduled job.
Blind Counts
Counters see the product and location but not the system quantity, removing anchoring bias. The theoretical figure is revealed only after entry.
Variance Workflow
Each line computes variance quantity, percentage and value; lines over tolerance go to an approval queue for a manager to approve or reject.
Adjustment Posting
Approved variances create real stock quantity adjustments with a per-session summary so finance can trace every change back to a count.
Accuracy KPIs
Count accuracy percentage, variance counts and value adjusted are computed per session and per location for inventory-health reporting.
