Failed and re-attempted deliveries are expensive and frustrating. This module ties every stock.picking to a bookable delivery slot: define delivery zones (with optional postcode-prefix matching), build weekly slot templates, generate dated slots and let bookings consume capacity until a slot is full. Customers get a confirmation and a reminder before their window, and your dispatch team plans against guaranteed demand — no external scheduling service required.

Delivery Zones
Define zones with a short code, colour, lead-time days and postcode-prefix matching, so a delivery address is automatically routed to the right serving zone.
Weekly Slot Templates
Set recurring day-of-week windows with start/end time and capacity, then a one-click generator creates concrete dated slots for the next N days.
Hard Capacity Caps
Each booking decrements remaining capacity; a Python constraint blocks over-booking and a full slot is closed automatically so it disappears from selection.
Booking Lifecycle
Bookings link a customer and a delivery to a slot with a draft → confirm → check-in → cancel flow; cancelling atomically releases capacity back to the slot.
Automated Reminders
A reminder cron emails customers ahead of their slot (configurable hours before), sends confirmations on booking and flags missed slots.
Atomic Reschedule
A reschedule wizard moves a booking to another open slot in one step, releasing the old capacity and reserving the new without risk of double-booking.
Native to Inventory
Slots attach directly to stock.picking deliveries — no separate calendar tool, no integration glue, no data leaving Odoo.
Over-Booking Impossible
Capacity is enforced at the database constraint level, so two orders can never claim the last slot of a window.
