Why Choose This Module
Connect a WhatsApp Business number to Odoo with the official Meta Cloud API (bring your own credentials). Inbound messages — text, image, audio, video, document, interactive replies and location — arrive on a secure webhook (signature-verified with your app secret) and become conversations. Reply with free-form messages inside the 24-hour customer-care window, or send approved templates and broadcasts outside it. When AI auto-reply is on, each inbound message is answered automatically by the model you choose — for example Anthropic Claude — using the recent conversation as context, sent inside the free 24-hour window. Without an AI key it falls back to deterministic rule-based replies, so it always works.
