Vision-LLM Extraction (BYOK)

Send PDF, PNG or JPG invoices directly to GPT-4o, Claude Sonnet/Opus or Azure OpenAI. A strict server-side JSON schema enforces structured output, so vendor, dates, line items, taxes and totals come back validated with no parse failures.

Confidence Scoring & Review Queue

Each field carries a model-reported confidence score, and the aggregate drives routing. Low-confidence extractions land in a dedicated review queue with a to-do activity — nothing posts on its own, keeping a human in control.

Smart Vendor Matching

Suppliers are matched by VAT number first, then email, then fuzzy name. When no match is found, the partner is auto-created from the extracted data, so your contacts stay clean without manual lookup.

Tax Mapping & Credit Notes
