Theory and practical exam attempt tracking: pass/fail, prerequisite checks (theory before practical, curriculum complete before practical) and one-click re-booking of a failed attempt. Vehicle usage / mileage log per instructor, fed automatically from finished lessons or entered by hand, with running odometer continuity checks. Package billing: remaining-balance statement per student showing lessons used, lessons remaining and the equivalent monetary balance. No-show / cancellation policy: configurable free-cancellation notice window and whether a no-show or a late cancellation still draws down a lesson credit.
