Anexo Transaccional Simplificado for Odoo — build, validate and upload the monthly SRI ATS XML
Generate Ecuador's monthly ATS (Anexo Transaccional Simplificado)
directly from Odoo. For each fiscal period Odoo consolidates the posted
documents into the native SRI ATS XML (root <iva>)
— compras with their IVA and renta withholdings, ventas
grouped per counterparty identification type, the per-establishment
sales summary and voided documents — validates every row, and
uploads it with your own SRI en linea credentials or hands you the XML
for the DIMM tool.
Real SRI ATS XML
The documented SRI ATS layout: compras with the
air/detalleAir renta detail and the
pago payment form, ventas consolidated per
tpIdCliente (04-08), ventasEstablecimiento and
anulados. Not a generic export — the real annex
structure.
Period collection from accounting
Posted customer invoices feed the ventas summary; posted vendor bills feed compras with their captured sustento code and IVA / renta withholdings. Credit notes map to their ATS comprobante codes automatically.
Real Ecuadorian check digits
Cedula modulo-10 and the three RUC families (natural modulo-10, public modulo-11 coef 3-2, private modulo-11 coef 4-3-2) are validated on the informant and every counterparty, with automatic ATS identification-type detection. Mistyped tax IDs are caught before a file is built.
ATS business-rule validation
An Ecuador rule set layered on an EN 16931-style core: informant RUC, sustento and comprobante codes, identification types, the 15% IVA coherence (post-2024 standard rate) and withholding-versus-base coherence. Issues are reported before upload.
SRI en linea upload (BYOK)
Optional online-ATS submission with your own SRI credentials over editable celcer / production endpoints, with retry, backoff and full transport logging. Or simply download the XML for the desktop DIMM tool. Your password stays on your database — bring your own key.
Guided onboarding & engine lifecycle
An onboarding wizard validates the RUC and enables ATS reporting in one step. Company and partner ATS fields, an account.move ATS panel, a batch generation cron and the shared e-Invoice Core Engine document lifecycle complete the workflow.
Compatibility
Works on Odoo 18 and Odoo 19 (Community and Enterprise). Built on the shared e-Invoice Core Engine and the Ecuador SRI e-invoicing connector.
Disclosure: this module transmits the ATS XML only to the SRI ATS endpoint you configure (or its documented default). Your SRI en linea password is stored solely on your own database and is never sent anywhere else.
