Why Choose This Module

Features Pickup points (points de retrait / afhaalpunten) per store with opening hours, capacity and a holding period before a reservation is released. Collection orders linked to a sale order: reserve -> preparing -> ready -> collected, with timestamps at each step. Collection-ready notification in the customer's language (FR retrait / NL afhalen / EN pickup) with a short pickup code the customer presents in store. ID / proof check at handover (the staff member records that identity and the pickup code were verified) so high-value or age-restricted orders are released only to the right person. Holding-period management: a daily job flags reservations past their hold deadline as expired so stock can be released. Per-store and per-status dashboards plus a per-line picked-quantity check so a partially-available order can still be handed over.
