Why Choose This Module

It then scores candidate duplicate pairs with a weighted similarity engine (exact company-number match, normalised-name token overlap, VAT match, email, ZIP/city) and groups them. A merge wizard relinks every child record -- invoices, sale/purchase orders, contacts, bank accounts, messages -- onto a surviving master, archives the losers, and writes an immutable merge log so the operation is auditable and reversible in reporting.
