Optimization loop Greedy cheapest-insertion construction orders jobs by priority and SLA urgency, then assigns each to the technician whose route objective rises the least. A local search (relocate + swap moves) improves the plan, with per-route re-sequencing that evaluates nearest-neighbour, window-close and 2-opt orderings to cut total drive time and lateness. The objective trades drive minutes against lateness hours, overtime and match quality with fully configurable weights.
