Community inspection-plan engine: checkpoints, sampling, pass/fail and NCR management
The native Quality app is Enterprise-only. This module delivers a real Community inspection engine: build reusable plans from typed checkpoints, apply AQL-style sampling, run inspections that auto-evaluate each measurement, and raise Non-Conformance Reports with corrective actions when a check fails. ISO 9001 oriented but generic.

Inspection Plans
Reusable plans with ordered checkpoints, an inspection stage (incoming, in-process, final) and an optional linked product, tracked in chatter.
Typed Checkpoints
Pass/fail, numeric measurement with min/max tolerance, visual and count checks, each with target, unit, mandatory and critical flags.
Sampling Rules
Fixed sample size or percentage of the lot with an accept limit — AQL-style sampling computed automatically from lot size.
Inspection Runs
Capture measured values per check, auto-evaluate pass/fail against tolerances, and compute passed, failed and critical-failure counts plus pass rate.
NCR Management
Raise Non-Conformance Reports with severity, disposition, responsible person and deadline, then move them through investigation, action and closure.
Quality Reporting
One-click launch wizard plus an analysis model covering first-pass yield, defect counts and pass rate for pivot and graph reporting.
No Enterprise Quality App
Brings reusable inspection plans, sampling and NCRs to Odoo Community, complementing other quality tooling without an Enterprise subscription.
Real Evaluation Engine
Measurements are compared against tolerances at model level and verdicts, yield and defect analysis are computed — not free-text notes.
