SAT Factura Electronica en Linea (FEL) for Odoo 18 & 19
Issue SAT-compliant DTE (Documento Tributario Electronico) documents straight from Odoo and certify them through your own authorised certifier (certificador / GFACE), which returns the SAT authorisation UUID. Built on the shared e-Invoice Core Engine.
Real SAT DTE XML
Generates the SAT GT_Documento 0.2.0 schema with
Emisor, Receptor, Items, Totales, Frases and Complementos blocks.
Supports Factura (FACT), Nota de Credito (NCRE), Nota de Debito
(NDEB), Factura Pequeno Contribuyente (FPEQ) and export facturas.
NIT modulo-11 validation
The real SAT modulo-11 check-digit algorithm (including the
K check character), 13-digit CUI acceptance and the
final-consumer CF sentinel - enforced on the company,
partners and document receivers.
Certifier submission (BYOK)
Configurable sandbox / production endpoints, bearer or API-key authentication, automatic retry/backoff and full request/response logging. Credentials are bring-your-own-key: stored only on your database and sent only to the certifier endpoint you configure.
Authorisation UUID & QR
Stores the SAT authorisation UUID returned by the certifier and builds the SAT public verification QR / consultation URL on the certified invoice for recipient validation.

Compatibility & disclosure
Compatible with Odoo 18 and 19. Requires the e-Invoice Core Engine. The certifier applies the SAT electronic signature on your behalf using the certificate you registered with them; a company-level BYOK certificate can additionally seal the DTE.
Disclosure: this module transmits the DTE only to the certifier endpoint you configure. No invoice data is sent anywhere else, and your credentials / certificate never leave your database except to reach that certifier.
Roles, credentials & support (BYOK)
This is a connector / format-generator. It is not a SAT-authorised certifier (certificador / GFACE) and does not act as a tax-authority integrator on your behalf. You keep an active relationship with your own certifier and SAT; the module builds the DTE and transmits it using your bring-your-own-key credentials and signing certificate (BYOK), which stay in your database.
