Key Features
360-Degree Feedback on Reviews
Add manager, peer and subordinate feedback lines to a performance review, each with its own score and comments. The peer score is computed as the average of the peer lines and feeds the review's overall score.
Weighted Overall Score
Each review's overall score is computed as a weighted average of Manager 50% / Peers 30% / Self 20% and shown as a progress bar, alongside fields for competency ratings, strengths, development areas and comments.
Review Cycles
Group reviews into annual, quarterly, probation or project-end cycles, each with a draft / active / closed status and a count of its reviews.
OKRs & Key Results
Define objectives owned by an employee, with key results carrying target value, current value, unit, weight and progress. Relate cascaded OKRs through parent / child links and keep an update log of key-result changes.
360 Feedback Requests
Create a 360 feedback request per employee with an anonymous flag and a draft / active / completed status, and attach feedback forms per provider type (manager, peer, subordinate, self).
