Full pet file on the vet.patient model: species, breed, sex, sterilization, microchip, birthdate, computed age, owner (res.partner), current weight and last-visit tracking.

Breed Catalog

Reusable vet.breed catalog per species with average lifespan and common health notes, plus a live patient count so you standardise records instead of free-typing breeds.

Vaccine Scheduling

vet.vaccine catalog and vet.vaccine.schedule lines track dose number and due dates, and each patient exposes a computed next-vaccine-due date for proactive recalls.

Appointments

Calendar, list, form, pivot and graph views for vet.appointment: assigned veterinarian, duration, fee, a state workflow with no-show handling, and a per-patient appointment counter on the pet file.

Prescriptions

Issue prescriptions with medication lines (product, dosage, frequency, route, duration and quantity), print a PDF, and bill the medications through native Sales in one click.

Boarding & Hospitalization

Manage cages and kennels with capacity and occupancy tracking, admit and discharge patients, and auto-calculate per-night charges that flow into a Sales order on discharge.

Pet-Owner Portal

Owners sign in to the Odoo portal to see their pets, vaccine history, appointments and medical records, and to request an appointment online. Record rules keep each owner limited to their own animals.

Medical Records

Capture vet.medical.record entries with weight, temperature, observations, treatment and file attachments, giving a complete clinical history per animal.

Reports & Invoicing

QWeb PDF Pet Health Card and Prescription printouts, pivot and graph analysis of appointments and patients, and one-click Sales orders from appointments, prescriptions and boarding stays.
