Built entirely on native Odoo HR and the chatter, so there are no external services and no per-message costs. Draft → Publish → Archive lifecycle
A clear state machine (Draft, Scheduled, Published, Archived) with scheduled publishing and automatic expiry. A cron publishes scheduled notices when their time arrives and archives expired ones for you.
Precise audience targeting
Send to the whole company, selected departments, chosen job positions, or an explicit list of employees. Recipients are resolved from native hr.employee records and only employees linked to a user receive a receipt.
Per-recipient read receipts
Every targeted employee gets a receipt record. See live read count, unread count and a read-rate percentage on each announcement, with the exact date each person opened it.
Mandatory acknowledgement
Flag a notice as Requires Acknowledgement and recipients must explicitly confirm they have read it — ideal for policy updates, safety notices and compliance.
Pinned & priority notices
Pin important announcements and set Normal / Important / Urgent priority so the messages that matter surface at the top of the employee's list first.
Categories, attachments & reminders
Colour-coded category tags, file attachments and full chatter tracking. An automatic reminder cron chases anyone who has not yet acknowledged a mandatory notice.
