Who is it for
Colissimo (La Poste) is the reference parcel service in France for domestic, pickup-point and international shipping. Merchants fulfilling from Odoo otherwise re-key shipments into the Colissimo portal and copy parcel numbers back by hand. This connector wires Colissimo label generation and tracking into the native Odoo delivery flow so one Send to Shipper produces the label and tracking.
Key Features
Real Label Generation
One click on Send to Shipper calls the official SLS generateLabel endpoint, receives the parcel number and the label, and stores the PDF/ZPL label as an attachment on the picking. Multi-package shipments produce one label per parcel.
Product Codes
DOM / DOS (Domicile without / with signature), COL / COLI (International), BPR / A2P (pickup points) and CORE / CORI (returns) - selectable as the default per carrier.
Label Formats
PDF 10x15 / A4 / 10x12 (300 dpi), ZPL 10x15 (203 / 300 dpi) for thermal printers, and DPL 10x15 - requested directly from the Colissimo generateLabel API.
Tracking, Insurance & CN23
The parcel number is written to the delivery tracking reference and a Tracking button opens the official La Poste tracking page. Optionally declare the order total as insurance value; international parcels also receive their CN23 customs document as an attachment.
Native Carrier Hooks
Built on the standard Odoo delivery.carrier framework - rate shipment, send shipping, get tracking link and cancel. (Colissimo has no public label-void endpoint, so cancel clears the tracking reference locally and flags it.) Drops into your existing delivery workflow.
Estimated Rate Grid
Colissimo does not publish a public real-time rating API. Shipping prices shown to customers are an estimate computed from a configurable weight grid (base price + price per kg, with optional free-over-amount). The final price is set by your Colissimo contract.
How It Works
- Install the module in Odoo 18 or 19.
- Configure BYOK credentials - create a Colissimo delivery method, paste your contract number and Web Service password, pick the product code and label format, and set the estimate grid.
- Ship - send the delivery to the shipper; the Colissimo label (and CN23 for international) is attached to the picking and the tracking number + link are captured automatically.
