Quote, label and track shipments through the Servientrega and Coordinadora carrier APIs — straight from Odoo Delivery
Plug your Servientrega and Coordinadora accounts into Odoo's standard delivery flow. Get real freight rates at checkout, generate the carrier guide (waybill / label) when you validate a delivery, and pull live shipment status back into Odoo. Everything runs on your own carrier credentials — no third-party broker sits in the middle.

Live Rate Quotation
Both carriers are registered as Odoo delivery_type options. Press Get Rate on a sale order and the connector calls the Servientrega Cotizador/Tarifas endpoint and the Coordinadora Cotizador_cotizar method with the real origin/destination city codes, weight, dimensions and declared value.
Guide / Label Generation
When you ship a delivery, the connector generates the carrier guide (Servientrega GenerarGuia / Coordinadora Guias_generarGuia), stores the guide number as the tracking reference and attaches the returned PDF label to the picking.
Shipment Tracking
Pull live status from Servientrega EstadoGuias and Coordinadora Seguimiento_simple / Seguimiento_detallado. Each movement is stored as a tracking event on the delivery, with a computed delivered flag and an optional 6-hour cron that refreshes open shipments.
Chargeable-Weight Engine
Colombian carriers bill on peso facturable = max(physical, volumetric). The connector computes volumetric weight using the terrestrial 6000 (or air 5000) divisor, rounds up to the next kilogram and applies the declared-value handling surcharge — so the quote you show matches the carrier invoice.
Quote & Track Wizard
A standalone wizard quotes an arbitrary route across both carriers at once for instant rate comparison, and looks up any guide number on demand — without needing a sale order or a delivery.
BYOK & Audit Log
You paste your own Servientrega login and Coordinadora API key / NIT in Settings; a Test Connection button validates each. Every API call is recorded in a unified log with operation, status, duration and any error excerpt for troubleshooting.

How it works
- In Settings → Colombia Carriers, paste your Servientrega login and your Coordinadora API key / NIT, then press Test Connection.
- Create a Delivery Method with provider Servientrega (Colombia) or Coordinadora (Colombia), set the origin city code, service/product and an optional markup.
- Set the Carrier City Code on each customer (Servientrega idCiudad or Coordinadora DANE code).
- On the sale order, Get Rate returns the live freight; validating the delivery generates the guide and label; Refresh Carrier Tracking pulls the latest status.
Requirements
- Odoo 18.0 or 19.0 (Community or Enterprise), with the Inventory / Delivery apps.
- An active Servientrega customer account and/or a Coordinadora account with API access.
- The Python
requestslibrary (bundled with Odoo).
Scope & disclosure
This is a bring-your-own-key (BYOK) connector to the published Servientrega and Coordinadora carrier APIs; you supply your own carrier accounts and credentials. We are an independent software vendor, not a Servientrega or Coordinadora integrator, reseller or agent. The module does not resell shipping and does not include any carrier credentials. Rate, label and tracking availability depend on your own carrier contract. Carrier base URLs are configurable, so endpoint paths can be adjusted to match your account if a carrier revises them.
