Enforce FEFO picking and customer minimum shelf-life acceptance rules for dated stock
Food and pharma distributors get rejected deliveries and credit notes when goods arrive with too little life left, or when a later-expiring lot is shipped while fresher-but-older stock sits in the warehouse. This module adds the two controls Odoo's inventory is missing: FEFO enforcement and customer minimum shelf-life acceptance — evaluated automatically on every outgoing delivery and enforced as a warning or a hard block.

FEFO enforcement
At validation the module scans every tracked move line and detects when a later-expiring lot was picked while an earlier-expiring lot of the same product was available in the same source location — warn or block per warehouse.
Customer minimum shelf-life
Define per customer — and optionally per product or category — the minimum remaining shelf life required at dispatch, as a percentage of total life or an absolute number of days.
Most-specific rule wins
A specificity score resolves overlapping rules in the order product > category > customer-wide > global, so a single global default and targeted exceptions coexist cleanly.
Per-line compliance flags
Each delivery move line shows the applied rule, remaining days, remaining % and a clear OK / Warning / Blocked / N-A status, so pickers see issues before the truck leaves.
Re-pick FEFO wizard
A one-click wizard re-assigns lots in strict expiry order to clear FEFO violations without manual lot juggling.
Audited overrides
When a delivery must go out despite a block, an authorised override is logged per line — rule, product, lot and remaining days at the moment of override — for a full compliance trail.
