Direct Kaspi.kz Merchant API connector for Odoo — orders, stock, price and shipment status in one app
Connect Odoo straight to your Kaspi Merchant Cabinet. Pull marketplace orders into Odoo sales, keep stock and prices in sync by SKU, accept and complete orders through the Kaspi state machine, and push courier waybills back — all driven by your own API token.
Key Features
Order Sync (pull)
A scheduled job and an on-demand button pull recent Kaspi orders in the JSON:API /orders format, page by page, filtered by state and creation date. Each order becomes an Odoo sale order with customer, delivery address and lines.
Order Entries
Line items are pulled from the related /orderentries resource and resolved to your products by Kaspi SKU, merchant product code, Odoo barcode or internal reference.
Price & Stock (XML price-list feed)
Kaspi updates price and availability by pulling an XML price-list feed (kaspi_catalog with per-store availability / stockCount and price / cityprices). Mark products “Publish to Kaspi Feed”; the app serves the feed at a token-guarded URL you paste into the Kaspi cabinet. Kaspi fetches it on its own schedule. Declare stock per pickup point (PP).
Order State Machine
Accept a new order, hand it to delivery and complete it through the Kaspi /orders transitions (NEW → PICKUP / DELIVERY → KASPI_DELIVERY → COMPLETED), with cancellation-reason support.
Waybill Push
Write the courier waybill / tracking number back onto the Kaspi order from the sale order form once cargo is dispatched.
IIN/BIN Validation
Validate the 12-digit Kazakhstan Individual (IIN) and Business (BIN) identification numbers carried on Kaspi customers using the official two-pass weighted control-digit algorithm.
BYOK & Editable Endpoint
You hold your own Kaspi token; it is sent only to the endpoint you configure. The official base URL ships as an editable default so you can use a proxy or future host without code changes.
API Log & Resilience
Every call is logged with operation, HTTP method, status, duration and error excerpt. Clients ship urllib3 retry on 5xx for idempotent verbs, 30s timeouts and structured logging.
How it works
- In Odoo, open Settings → Kaspi.kz and paste the API token from your Kaspi Merchant Cabinet (Settings → API).
- Click Test Kaspi to confirm the token with a real, lightweight API call.
- Map each product's Kaspi SKU and (optionally) its point of service, then click Publish to Kaspi Feed.
- Generate the price-list feed token in Settings and paste the feed URL into the Kaspi cabinet (Товары → Загрузить прайс-лист → Автоматическая загрузка) — Kaspi pulls price & availability from it.
- Enable the Fetch new orders cron, or click Fetch Orders Now to import on demand.
- Accept, complete and push waybills directly from the imported sale order.
