Kazakhstan SNT e-Waybill (СНТ)
Electronic accompanying waybills for the State Revenue Committee IS ESF portal, with full Virtual Warehouse integration for tracked goods
Generate, validate and submit Kazakhstan electronic accompanying waybills (Сопроводительная накладная на товары, СНТ) to the State Revenue Committee IS ESF portal (esf.gov.kz). From 2026 the SNT e-waybill is mandatory for tracked goods, which must be registered on the taxpayer's Virtual Warehouse (Виртуальный склад) — the SNT draws down the warehouse balance and links to the related ЭСФ invoice.
Built on the shared e-Invoice Core Engine and the Kazakhstan IS ESF connector, and tested on Odoo 18 and Odoo 19 (Community).
SNT XML from a delivery
Domestic, import, export and internal-transfer waybills built directly from a stock delivery: consignor / consignee BIN parties, transport block, and per-line TN VED commodity code, GTIN, goods category, quantity, unit code and Virtual Warehouse reference.
Virtual Warehouse ledger
A per-product balance of traceable, marked and excisable goods with a full movement log. Every registered SNT draws the balance down, and an outgoing waybill is blocked before submission if it would oversell the tracked stock.
Real BIN / TN VED / GTIN validation
The genuine Kazakhstan weighted mod-11 control-digit algorithm validates the 12-digit BIN/IIN; TN VED codes are checked as 10-digit EAEU subheadings and GTINs against the GS1 mod-10 check digit.
Business-rule validation
Consignor / consignee BIN required and checksum-valid, SNT type and movement-purpose codes, GTIN mandatory for tracked and marked goods, Virtual Warehouse balance sufficiency, unit codes and line / total coherence — clear, coded reports before you submit.
BYOK submission
Authenticate with your own EDS certificate (mutual-TLS) or an API token. Sandbox and production endpoints are pre-filled official defaults and fully editable. Your certificate and key never leave your database and are never bundled with the module.
Waybill workflow
Validate, Generate, Submit and Check-status buttons on the delivery, with a verification QR pointing at the esf.gov.kz public viewer, full transport logging and an optional status-polling cron.

Disclosure: this module transmits waybill data only to the IS ESF portal endpoint you configure. No data is sent anywhere else, and your EDS certificate / private key never leave your database.
