Colombia Nómina Electrónica (DSNE)
DIAN payroll support document for Odoo 18 & 19
Generate the Documento Soporte de Pago de Nómina Electrónica (DSNE) required by the Colombian DIAN. Mandatory for all employers in 2026, with SENA apprentices reportable since 21 June 2025 (Ley 2466 de 2025). Built on Odoo Community hr and hr_contract — no Enterprise payroll required.
Statutory payroll engine
Salud (4% / 8.5%), pensión (4% / 12%), Fondo de Solidaridad Pensional (progressive 1%–2%), auxilio de transporte (≤ 2 SMMLV) and the IBC contribution base capped at 25 SMMLV. Every rate, cap and the SMMLV are editable on the company.
NominaIndividual XML + CUNE
Builds the DIAN NominaIndividual (TipoXML 102) document with the InformacionGeneral, Empleador, Trabajador, Devengados, Deducciones and ComprobanteTotal blocks. The CUNE (SHA-384) and software-security code are computed per the DIAN technical annex.
NIT verification digit (DV)
The employer NIT verification digit is computed with the official DIAN modulo-11 algorithm and validated, along with each employee's identification type and number.
BYOK transmission
Transmit to the DIAN VPFE web service (habilitación / production) using your own software ID, PIN and certificate. Endpoint hosts are editable defaults — no bundled credentials. Retry/backoff and full request logging are included, plus a ZIP export of all generated documents.
Compatibility & disclosure
Compatible with Odoo 18 and Odoo 19 Community and Enterprise. All statutory values ship with 2025 defaults; confirm them against the annual decree and the DIAN technical annex before running live payroll. This module transmits the support document only to the DIAN VPFE endpoint you configure.
