DGII Comprobante Fiscal Electronico (Ley 32-23) for Odoo 18 & 19
Issue, sign and transmit e-CF electronic comprobantes to the DGII directly from Odoo. Built for the final mandatory wave for small/micro and unclassified taxpayers on 15 May 2026.
DGII e-CF XML
Generates the DGII ECF document (Encabezado, Emisor, Comprador, Totales, DetallesItems, Subtotales, InformacionReferencia) for e-CF types 31 Credito Fiscal, 32 Consumo, 33 Nota de Debito, 34 Nota de Credito, 41 Compras and 46 Exportaciones.
RNC mod-11 & Cedula
Validates the issuer and buyer RNC with the published DGII mod-11 weight vector, and 11-digit Cedula numbers with the Luhn algorithm, on the company and on every partner.
Customer-certificate signing (BYOK)
The e-CF is sealed with an enveloped XML-DSig signature using your own certificate (bring-your-own-key). The 6-character Codigo de Seguridad is derived from the signature, and a DGII consultation QR code is produced for the printed invoice.
TrackId submission & polling
Submit the signed e-CF to DGII, capture the TrackId, and poll the status service (Aceptado / Rechazado / En Proceso) manually or via a scheduled job. Sandbox (TesteCF) and production endpoints ship as editable defaults.

Data & privacy
This module transmits signed e-CF data only to the DGII endpoint you configure, using credentials you provide. Your certificate and private key never leave your database, and no data is sent anywhere else.
Bring-your-own-key & support
This is a self-service connector, not a managed integration service.
We are not a DGII integrator or certification provider: you
remain the registered taxpayer and you supply your own digital
certificate, RNC and DGII token/access (bring-your-own-key). DGII
registration, e-NCF authorisation and credential validity are handled
directly between you and the DGII. Email support is included at
support@pokutsoft.com, and the purchase is refundable per the Odoo Apps
Store refund policy.
Conector de
autoservicio (BYOK): usted es el contribuyente y aporta su propio
