dependency: the grading, determination, revision and premium engines are
this module's own pure-Python models, and every grade ladder, rate and
ceiling is editable from the company configuration.
Standard Remuneration Grading (標準報酬月額)
The full 協会けんぽ health-insurance ladder (grades 1-50, ¥58,000 - ¥1,390,000) and the 厚生年金 employees' pension ladder (grades 1-32, capped at the ¥650,000 grade), each with its lower/upper boundary, so any remuneration maps to the exact statutory grade.
Premium Tables (保険料額表)
Generate the full 協会けんぽ premium table for your prefectural health rate, the long-term care rate and the pension rate, with the employee/employer 50/50 split and the statutory half-yen rounding (端数処理). Preview on screen or export to CSV / Excel.
Regular Determination (算定基礎届 / santei)
The annual re-determination from the April-May-June average. Only months with 17 or more payment basis days (支払基礎日数) are counted; the qualifying average is mapped to the health and pension grade applied from September. When no month qualifies the prior grade is retained. Apply the result back onto every employee in one click.
Occasional Revision (月額変更届 / geppen)
The 随時改定 mid-year revision with the full statutory test: a fixed-wage change, a 2-grade-or-more difference from the three-month average, 17+ payment basis days in each month, and a direction guard so a wage rise cannot yield a downgrade. The new grade applies from the 4th month and can be applied to the employee.
Bonus Premiums (賞与支払届)
The standard bonus amount (gross rounded down to the nearest ¥1,000) with the ¥5,730,000 annual health ceiling and the ¥1,500,000 per-payment pension ceiling, split employee/employer.
Editable & BYOK
All grade ladders, premium rates and ceilings carry the current official defaults (協会けんぽ Tokyo FY2025, nationwide pension) and are editable, so you adjust them for a different prefecture or year without touching code. File the 算定基礎届 / 月額変更届 / 賞与支払届 through e-Gov with your own credentials — no employee data leaves Odoo.
Disclosure: this module computes social-insurance grades and premiums locally and produces the register/notice files; it does not transmit any data to a third party. Confirm all grades, rates and ceilings against the latest official 協会けんぽ / 日本年金機構 / 厚生労働省 guidance before live use.
