National Pension, Health Insurance + Long-Term Care, Employment & Industrial-Accident payroll — with monthly EDI report preparation
Run South Korea's four statutory social insurances (4대보험) inside Odoo. A four-insurance run computes every employee and employer contribution per person, rolls up the totals and exports a CSV register plus a delimited EDI payload ready for the 4대보험 portal or your payroll agent. Built on hr only — no Enterprise payroll dependency.
National Pension & Health Insurance
National Pension at 4.5% + 4.5% on the standardised income (floor KRW 400,000, ceiling KRW 6,370,000). Health Insurance at the 7.19% 2026 rate (3.595% each) with the 12.95% Long-Term Care add-on, all truncated to KRW 10 exactly as the agencies do.
Employment & Industrial Accident
Employment Insurance unemployment benefit at 0.9% each plus the employer-only stabilisation rate by company size (0.25% / 0.65% / 0.85%), optionally derived from the active headcount. Industrial-accident insurance uses your COMWEL industry rate plus the 0.06% commuting add-on.
Monthly EDI report preparation
Each run exports a CSV contribution register and a pipe-delimited EDI payload with a control record (count and summed contributions) for the 4대보험 portal. Resident registration numbers are validated with the weighted modulus-11 check digit and masked on every export. Transport is BYOK — the file is yours to upload.
Editable statutory parameters
Every rate, contribution band and the long-term-care factor lives on the company form with the current statutory defaults, so you adjust them as the NPS, NHIS and COMWEL revise the figures — nothing is hard-coded. The pure-Python computation engine is fully unit tested.
Compatibility
Works on Odoo 18 & 19 Community and Enterprise. Built on the standard hr app with its own payslip model — no Enterprise hr_payroll dependency required.
