Paraguay SIFEN e-Kuatia Electronic Invoicing
DNIT SIFEN Documento Electronico (DE) XML, CDC, KuDE QR and approval responses for Odoo 18 & 19
Issue compliant electronic invoices for Paraguay's SIFEN (Sistema Integrado de Facturacion Electronica Nacional) e-Kuatia regime operated by the DNIT. This connector builds on a shared e-invoicing engine: it generates the country DE XML, computes the 44-digit CDC control code, validates the RUC with the official modulo-11 check digit, embeds the KuDE QR, and submits signed documents to the SIFEN gateway over mutual-TLS using your own certificate.

44-digit Codigo de Control and its modulo-11 trailing check digit.
RUC modulo-11 validation
Company and partner RUC numbers are validated with the official
SET/DNIT modulo-11 algorithm (dRucEm / dDVEmi,
dRucRec / dDVRec), with live feedback in the form.
KuDE QR
The KuDE graphical representation carries a QR linking to the DNIT public consultation page (nVersion, Id, dFeEmiDE, dRucRec, dTotGralOpe, dTotIVA, cItems), rendered to a PNG for your invoice report.
IVA 10% / 5% / 0%
Inclusive-price base and IVA splitting for the 10%, 5% and exempt
(exenta) rates, aggregated into the gTotSub totals block.
Approval responses
Parse Aprobado / Rechazado / Pendiente protocols from the synchronous (recibe) and batch (recibe-lote / consulta-lote) SIFEN services, with a status-polling scheduled action.
BYOK mutual-TLS
Editable sandbox / production endpoints with your own client certificate and key paths. Full request/response logging. Your keys never leave your database and are not bundled with the module.
2026 onboarding waves
SIFEN onboarding groups 15-18 go live across 2026 (group 15 from 1-Mar-2026, 16 from 1-Jun, 17 from 1-Sep, 18 from 1-Dec) under GR DNIT 21/2024; public-procurement (B2G) suppliers adhere from 2-Jan-2026 per GR DNIT 41/2025. The included onboarding wizard captures your RUC, timbrado, establecimiento and connection in one step.
Compatible with Odoo 18 & 19. Disclosure: this module transmits signed invoice data only to the DNIT SIFEN endpoint you configure; nothing is sent anywhere else.
Bring-your-own-key & support
This is a self-service connector, not a managed integration service.
We are not a DNIT/SET integrator or certification authority:
you remain the registered taxpayer and you supply your own SIFEN
certificate, RUC, timbrado and gateway access (bring-your-own-key).
Onboarding to SIFEN, accreditation and the validity of your
credentials are handled directly between you and the DNIT.
