Armenia SRC e-Invoice
State Revenue Committee electronic tax invoicing for Odoo — registration number & QR on every customer invoice
Connect Odoo to the Armenian State Revenue Committee (SRC / ՊԵԿ) e-invoicing portal. Customer invoices and adjustment notes are turned into the SRC electronic tax invoice (հաշիվ-ապրանքագիր), registered with the portal, and the returned state registration number, verification code and QR code are stored on the move.
Portal registration
A login, register, status and cancel request flow for the SRC portal. Sandbox and production base URLs and endpoint paths are fully editable and ship blank: the SRC does not publish a single public REST contract, so you set the exact host and routes your own SRC integration is assigned. This request shape is not live-verified in this release. Requests retry with exponential backoff and every call is logged.
Registration reference + QR
The state registration number, verification code and registration date are captured after clearance. A convenience QR encoding the SRC verification link is rendered to a PNG for the printed invoice, so a buyer can jump straight to the SRC verification lookup.
Accurate SRC document
Lines are bucketed into the S/Z/E/O VAT categories — 20% standard ԱԱՀ, zero-rated exports, exempt and out-of-scope — with unit codes, goods/service operation types and adjustment-invoice referencing of the original document.
Real Armenian TIN (HVHH) validation
An 8-digit HVHH validator with region-prefix check and an advisory modulo-11 check digit runs on the company and partners, plus 10-digit Public Services Number support for natural-person buyers.
Bring-your-own-key credentials
Your SRC portal username, password and optional API token are stored only on your own database and are transmitted solely to the SRC endpoint you configure — never bundled with the module or sent elsewhere.
Guided onboarding
A wizard validates your TIN, captures banking and portal credentials, optionally tests the login, and leaves the company ready to issue SRC invoices. An optional cron registers posted invoices in batches.
Built on the e-Invoice Core Engine
This connector reuses the shared canonical JSON builder, validation framework, BYOK REST transport and e-Invoicing document model — so the Armenia-specific logic stays thin, auditable and consistent with the rest of the localization suite. Compatible with Odoo 18 and Odoo 19.
Disclosure: this module transmits invoice data only to the SRC endpoint you configure. We deliver software only (BYOK): the connector runs under your own SRC portal credentials (or pre-issued API token). We are not an SRC integrator or intermediary and do not register invoices on your behalf. Your credentials are stored solely on your own database and are never sent anywhere else. Support is included and the purchase is refundable under the marketplace policy.
