ATO Payday Super for Odoo — 12% Super Guarantee on qualifying earnings every payday, with 7-business-day fund-receipt tracking
Get ready for Payday Super, the Australian Taxation Office reform effective 1 July 2026. This module computes the Super Guarantee on Qualifying Earnings for every pay event, tracks the mandatory 7-business-day fund-receipt window, and generates a SuperStream contribution file for your own clearing house. Built on Australia's hr module with no Enterprise payroll dependency.
Super each payday
Computes 12% SG (rate editable) on Qualifying Earnings per payday, replacing the quarterly OTE test. Genuine overtime and expense reimbursements are excluded; the quarterly Maximum Super Contribution Base cap is applied automatically.
7-business-day receipt clock
Each batch shows a fund-receipt due date = payday + 7 business days, skipping weekends and Australian national public holidays (Easter computed per year). Batches are flagged On Time or Overdue, with a daily scan that alerts on missed windows.
SuperStream file (BYOK)
Generates the SuperStream Alternative File Format contribution CSV with employer, member, fund and amount data — ready to upload to the clearing house you nominate. The module sends nothing itself.
ABN / TFN / USI validation
Real ATO checksum algorithms: modulus-89 for the ABN, modulus-11 for the TFN, plus super-fund USI and BSB checks on company, employees and funds.
