Build the Planilla Integrada de Liquidación de Aportes for upload to your operador de información — Odoo 18 & 19
Compute and export the monthly PILA social-security file required of every Colombian employer: salud, pensión, Fondo de Solidaridad Pensional, riesgos laborales (ARL) and parafiscales (SENA, ICBF, Caja de Compensación). One run populates your employees, liquidates every aporte and produces the file you upload through your own operator account.
Full contribution engine
IBC floored at 1 SMMLV and capped at 25 SMMLV; salud 4% / 8.5%, pensión 4% / 12%, FSP on the progressive 1%..2% scale, ARL by risk class I..V at the official 0.522%..6.960% rates, and parafiscales SENA 2% / ICBF 3% / CCF 4%, with the Ley 1607 exoneración for employees under 10 SMMLV.
Resolución 2388 file layout
Registro Tipo 1 (encabezado) + Registro Tipo 2 (liquidación detallada del aportante) with cotizante type, novelty flags, administradora codes, IBC per subsystem and every liquidated contribution. Pipe-delimited and fixed-width renderers, with control totals recomputed from the body.
Operadores & planilla types
Built-in catalogue of operadores de información (Aportes en Línea, SOI, Mi Planilla, SuAporte, Simple, ...) and planilla types (E, A, Y, N, I, S). The operator code is written in the file header; all codes are editable defaults on the company.
Per-employee novelties
Flag ingreso, retiro, variación de salario, suspensión, vacaciones and incapacidad on each detail line. Cotization days drive the pro-rated IBC and the floor, so partial months liquidate correctly.
Built on Odoo Community
Depends on Odoo hr and the Colombia Nómina DSNE
connector — no hr_payroll / Enterprise dependency. The
employer NIT and DIAN identification fields are shared with the DSNE
module, and a self-contained engine computes every subsystem.
Bring your own operator account
This module is a file generator: it never contacts a government or operator endpoint. The produced PILA file is uploaded by the employer through their own operator credentials. Compatible with Odoo 18 and 19. All rates, the SMMLV and the operator/administradora codes carry editable defaults — confirm them against the annual decree and the Resolución 2388 de 2016 technical annex before filing live.
