Dominican Republic DGII 606 / 607 / 608 Reports
Monthly NCF information returns — purchases, sales and cancelled comprobantes, straight from Odoo accounting
Generate the DGII Formato 606, 607 and 608 TXT files that every Dominican taxpayer uploads each month through the Oficina Virtual, plus an IT-1 ITBIS (VAT) data feed, directly from your posted invoices and vendor bills. Real RNC / Cedula and NCF / e-CF validation is built in.
606 — Compras
Supplier RNC/Cedula, NCF and NCF modificado, expense classification (01-11), ITBIS paid, withholdings, ISC, payment method and the service vs goods split — one pipe-delimited record per vendor bill.
607 — Ventas
Customer RNC/Cedula, NCF, income type, ITBIS billed, ITBIS/ISR withheld by third parties and the cash / cheque / card / credit payment-form breakdown for every customer invoice and credit note.
608 — Comprobantes Anulados
Flag any NCF as cancelled with a DGII reason code (01-09); the 608 file lists each cancelled NCF with its date. Marking is one click from the invoice.
IT-1 ITBIS feed
The same documents aggregate into the monthly IT-1 boxes: output tax, deductible input tax net of proportionality and amounts taken to cost, third-party withholdings, and the net payable or credit to carry forward.
Real RNC / Cedula validation
The 9-digit RNC modulo-11 check digit and the 11-digit Cedula check digit are verified on the company and on every partner, with the DGII identifier-type code (1 = RNC, 2 = Cedula) set automatically.
NCF & e-CF aware
Handles both the 11-character NCF and the 13-character electronic e-CF (Ley 32-23), decoding the document type (01-47) and detecting credit notes so they are reported correctly.
Your data stays yours
Nothing is transmitted by this module. It builds the TXT files with the DGII envelope header (report code, sender RNC, period YYYYMM, record count), CRLF line endings and pipe-delimited records; you download them and upload to the DGII portal yourself.
Compatible with Odoo 18 and Odoo 19.
