Define an NPS or CSAT campaign tied to a trigger model (sale order, invoice, ticket) with a domain; the campaign computes its live NPS or average CSAT, response rate and promoter / passive / detractor split. Customers answer through a login-free tokenised URL, the scoring engine classifies and rolls the result up to a daily trend, and follow-up rules ensure detractors never slip through. All native — emails go through your own outgoing mail server.

Tokenised Invitations
Every survey is a tokenised invitation tied to a customer and source record — sent on demand, in bulk via a wizard, or automatically when a record hits a state, with an anti-spam cool-down.
Public Response Page
Customers answer through a no-login tokenised URL; the controller validates the score range, records the answer and comment, timestamps it and thanks them.
Scoring Engine
NPS buckets 0–6 detractor / 7–8 passive / 9–10 promoter and computes %promoters − %detractors; CSAT averages 1–5 into a satisfaction percentage.
Daily Trend Snapshots
Results roll up to a daily trend with a delta vs the prior day, so you can chart whether satisfaction is climbing or slipping.
Follow-Up Automation
Configurable rules fire on a low score — create an activity for the salesperson, log a note or flag the response for review — so detractors are always chased.
