Capture signature, photos and GPS geo-stamp as proof of delivery on stock pickings
Disputed deliveries are impossible to win with a paper signature in a glovebox. This module captures proof of delivery digitally against each outgoing stock.picking: a signature, one or more photos (parcel at door, damaged goods), a GPS geo-stamp with latitude/longitude/accuracy recorded at the moment of delivery and an automatic distance check to the customer address, plus who received it and any exception reason. PODs move through draft → captured → confirmed, reconcile delivered quantity, and feed per-driver KPIs.
Key Features
Signature Capture
Record a recipient signature stored as an image on the POD, along with the name of the person who received the goods and their relationship to the customer.
Delivery Photos
Attach one or more photos per delivery — parcel at door, damage, address — each typed and timestamped, with their own geo-coordinates.
GPS Geo-Stamp & Distance Check
Capture latitude, longitude and accuracy at delivery and automatically compute the distance to the customer address, flagging a geo match or mismatch.
Exception Reasons
Configurable reasons (refused, partial, damaged, address not found…), some marked as failures or requiring a photo, with an optional delivery rating.
Confirmation Workflow
PODs flow draft → captured → confirmed, reconciling delivered quantity against the picking. Select multiple PODs on the list and use the Action menu to open the batch Confirm / Reject wizard, which optionally posts a message to the customer.
Driver KPIs
Built-in graph and pivot views aggregate first-time delivery rate, exception rate and average capture delay per driver, groupable by week or month, giving dispatch instant performance visibility without any external tool.
Not in Community
Nothing equivalent ships natively — this gives Community a real, auditable digital POD attached to the delivery itself.
Win Disputes
Signature, geo-stamped photos and a distance-verified location make delivery disputes provable, not anecdotal.
