Time and Materials, Fixed Price, Retainer, Unit-Based, Mixed, Progress and Not-to-Exceed billing - all in one module with configurable markups and consolidated invoicing.
Time and Expense Management
Standard Odoo timesheet entry. Mobile timesheet app, AI time suggestions, multi-level approval routing, receipt OCR, GPS mileage and per diem tables are NOT in this release rates.
Real-Time Profitability
Live project P&L, budget vs actual, burn rate, completion forecasting, variance alerts and lifetime client profitability.
Revenue Recognition (roadmap)
NOT implemented in this release. There is no Percentage of Completion, no milestone-based or completed contract methods, deferred revenue automation and WIP reporting.
Utilization and Analytics
Configurable target utilization (75-85%), billable vs non-billable, realization rates, executive, profitability and resource dashboards and ad-hoc dashboards. NOTE: the previously advertised "50+ standard reports" are NOT shipped in this release.

Why Choose This Module
PSA Pro Services is the only complete PSA solution built natively for Odoo. Unlike generic project add-ons, it ties resource planning, project-level profitability snapshots and utilization helpers into one place. NOTE: this release ships ONE billing line (billable_hours * 150.0 hardcoded). The "7 billing methods" and "GAAP / IFRS revenue recognition" claims from earlier marketing are NOT in this release. A 50-person consulting firm typically lifts billable utilization meaningfully, accelerates invoicing and significantly reduces revenue leakage within the first quarter.
