Características principais
Configurable templates with merge fields
write the title and body once using ``{{tokens}}`` (e.g. ``{{partner_name}}``, ``{{company_vat}}``, ``{{amount_words}}``). A catalogue of built-in fields (partner, company, document, dates, amounts) is shipped and you can add your own custom fields. Unknown tokens are caught before a template can be saved.
Amount in words
monetary declarations (dívida, quitação, retenções) automatically spell the value in Portuguese (*mil duzentos e trinta e quatro euros e cinquenta cêntimos*).
Issued-document register
every declaration gets a sequential number on issue, an issue/cancel workflow, a validity date derived from the template, and a full chatter audit log.
QWeb PDF report
render any document to a clean A4 PDF, with draft and *anulado* watermarks and a *2.ª via* marker for re-issues.
Re-issue trail
re-issue a second copy (*nova via*) that stays linked to the original, keeping the content but receiving its own number and an incremented copy counter.
Batch generation
produce the same declaration for many people at once from a single template, optionally issuing them immediately.
