Compliant SIF, every pay run
The Wage Protection System — introduced by Qatar's Law No. 1 of 2015 and Ministerial Decision No. 4 of 2015 — requires employers to transfer workers' wages through a Qatari financial institution and to file a Salary Information File covering every worker each period. This module builds that file deterministically: a single SIF header (values) row followed by one EDR (Employee Detail Record) per employee, with CRLF line endings and proper RFC 4180 quoting (record tokens per QCB Circular 2020/7).
Validated before it leaves Odoo
Real Qatari ID (QID) validation (11 digits, century digit, embedded ISO 3166 nationality code and an ISO 7064 MOD 11-2 check digit) and real Qatar IBAN validation (ISO 13616 mod-97 over the 29-character QA IBAN) run on the company and on every employee. A Qatar business-rule set catches missing data, bad frequencies and duplicate QIDs before the file is generated, so a single bad line never rejects the whole batch at the bank.

Disclosure (BYOK): this module produces the WPS Salary Information File on your own database for upload through your bank's WPS channel. It does not transmit any data to MADLSA, the Qatar Central Bank or any third party, and it is not a QCB / MADLSA-certified transmission integrator; the generated file is downloaded by you and submitted through your own banking relationship.
Caveat: the record tokens (SIF header,
EDR Employee Detail Record per employee, and the
SCR Salary Control Record summary) follow QCB
Circular 2020/7, but the exact positional column-title
layout — including optional allowance positions and the
closing SCR summary — must be confirmed against your bank's
or the QCB's current live SIF template before filing.
