Quality Inspections

Create receiving, in-process, final or patrol inspections against a product, lot/serial, stock transfer or manufacturing order. Each inspection auto-numbers and records inspector and date.

Measurement Lines & Pass/Fail

Add measurement, visual or pass/fail test lines with target value, lower/upper tolerance limits and unit of measure. Measurement lines auto-compute pass/fail and deviation, and the overall result and pass/fail/total counts roll up automatically.

Non-Conformance Reports (NCR)

Raise an auto-numbered NCR in one click from a failed inspection. Record product, lot, supplier, root cause, affected quantity and cost impact, choose a disposition (use-as-is, rework, scrap, return) and progress through Open, Investigation, Resolved and Closed.

CAPA Management

Create a corrective or preventive action from an NCR or directly, with action plan, responsible, due date and action lines. Completion percentage is computed from completed actions across a Draft -> In Progress -> Verification -> Completed flow with effectiveness verification.

Supplier Quality Scoring

Per-supplier records compute total/passed/failed inspections and pass rate from received-goods inspections, count total and open NCRs, and derive a 0-100 quality score and an A-F letter rating.

Photo Attachments

Attach inspection photos to each record as standard Odoo attachments for visual evidence.

Process Capability (Cp / Cpk)

Compute real Cp and Cpk from your measurement samples against the specification limits, plus 3-sigma control limits. With fewer than two samples you get a clear not-enough-data result rather than a made-up number.

Acceptance Sampling & Certificate

Build single sampling plans (n, c, AQL, RQL) with binomial operating-characteristic figures and accept/reject decisions, and print a Certificate of Conformance PDF for any inspection.
