Define a follow-up cadence — day 2, day 7, day 14 — and the system automatically nudges every still-open quotation on schedule, logs each touch, escalates as the validity date approaches and marks quotes expired when their deadline passes. Built straight on native Sales, with no external service.

Reusable cadences
Ordered steps, each with a day offset, an action (log note, email the customer, schedule a salesperson activity, or e-sign reminder) and an optional email template.
Daily scheduler
A scheduled job walks every open quotation, finds the steps now due and executes them exactly once — a quote is never nudged twice for the same step.
Validity-aware steps
Anchor steps to the quote’s expiry instead of its sent date, and run an expiry sweep that marks overdue quotations and optionally notifies the owner.
Per-quote status & history
Each quotation shows its follow-up status, next-action date, last touch and a full log of every nudge made.
Stop-on-reply & pause
Cadences can stop automatically when the customer replies, and any quote’s follow-up can be paused and resumed on demand.
Manual run & effectiveness report
A “run follow-up now” wizard handles a hand-picked set of quotes, and a report analyses touches, conversions and failed sends.
