Run your Kaufland Marketplace store (Germany, Czechia and Slovakia) straight from Odoo. Push offers, pull orders into sale orders, keep stock in sync, and send tracking back - using your own Kaufland API key. No third-party platform, no per-order commission to a middleman, no monthly subscription.
Bring Your Own Key - we are not a reseller or integrator. This module connects Odoo directly to the official Kaufland Marketplace Seller API with your own client key and secret key. Your seller relationship, contract, approvals and support stay between your company and Kaufland; we never sit in the middle and have no access to your account or data.
Who is it for
Kaufland (formerly real.de) is one of Germany's largest marketplaces, with storefronts in Germany (DE), Czechia (CZ) and Slovakia (SK). Sellers who run their catalogue, inventory and fulfilment in Odoo otherwise face hours of CSV exports, copy-paste price edits and missed orders. This connector turns Odoo into the command centre for your Kaufland account so offers, stock and orders flow automatically.
Key Features
Push Offers (Price + Stock)
Publish your Odoo products as Kaufland offers - price, available quantity, condition (New/Used) and handling time, matched by EAN/SKU. Offers are tracked per account so re-pushing updates the existing listing instead of duplicating it.
Order Import → Sale Orders
Marketplace orders are pulled in and mapped to native Odoo sale orders: customer, delivery address, line items and prices. Customers are created automatically and products matched by SKU/EAN. Import is idempotent - the same Kaufland order is never duplicated.
Stock Synchronisation
Keep Kaufland availability aligned with Odoo on a schedule. Sellable quantity is read from your configured warehouse so you do not oversell across channels.
Shipment Tracking Feedback
When you ship in Odoo, the carrier and tracking number are pushed back to Kaufland and the order moves to its shipped status automatically - no manual update in the Kaufland seller panel. A manual push button is available too.
HMAC-SHA256 Authentication
Every request to sellerapi.kaufland.com/v2 is signed with a Shop-Signature (HMAC-SHA256) over the exact request bytes, exactly as Kaufland's REST API requires - handled transparently for you.
Scheduled Crons + Full Logs
Optional crons import orders, sync stock and send shipments unattended. Every API call is recorded in a sync log with status, message and reference so you can audit exactly what was sent. A connection test and Sandbox/Playground mode are built in, plus Marketplace User and Manager security groups.
How It Works
- Install the module in Odoo 18 or 19.
- Configure BYOK keys - create a Kaufland account record, pick the storefront (DE/CZ/SK), paste your client key and secret key, and hit Test Connection.
- Push offers for your products, then sync & ship: orders import into Odoo, stock stays aligned, and tracking flows back to Kaufland automatically (manually or via cron).
